What we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Commercial Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our commercial team. Responsibilities include managing Sales and Customer Success operations, driving process improvements, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating across departments to achieve strategic goals.
- Serve as a liaison between sales, customer success, support, and business systems teams
- Oversee the commercial process, including pipelines, subscription management, and pricing
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead initiatives to automate workflows, reducing manual efforts and errors
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments
- Collaborate with departments to integrate and improve systems and tools
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends and opportunities
- Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends
- Present insights and recommendations to management
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Salesforce and/or HubSpot is a plus
- Ability to produce accurate documentation
- Fast learner
- Fluent in English; German is a plus

- Knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in business and development
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to find solutions in a global, standardized context
- Independent work style with effective communication
