Job Description:

As an Account Manager for Metal Framing & Pipe Supports (MF&PS), you will serve existing customers and identify new growth opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability, and support business growth. You will develop strong relationships with key partners, end-users, OEMs, and other stakeholders to ensure our MF&PS products are specified and purchased, meeting sales targets.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the regional MF&PS strategy in Germany and achieving set targets. This position is based in Germany.

  • Drive business growth with a hunter mentality, leveraging your knowledge of MF&PS products to ensure success in your region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with regional and European goals.
  • Analyze market opportunities to maximize margins and market penetration.
  • Seek synergy opportunities across business units, including processes, tools, systems, and cross-selling.
  • Understand and advise on the company's products and services.
  • Maintain relationships with distribution partners to reflect local market characteristics.
  • Drive sales excellence and performance across channels.
  • Ensure pricing policies are in place for each sales channel.
  • Forecast and report on sales volumes regularly.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and other teams to stay informed on market conditions and trends.
  • Attend industry seminars, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Use CRM tools professionally to log activities and manage opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field (preferred).
  • Sales personality with strategic vision and a growth mindset.
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, with in-depth product knowledge.
  • Engineering knowledge and strong technical and commercial confidence.
  • Experience in strategic planning, marketing, and market development.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent English and German communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce.com and SAP experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%.
