About the job

To support our team in the 24/7 Operations Coordination Center in Emden (Germany), we are looking for an Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) for monitoring, coordination and remote troubleshooting of onshore/offshore wind turbines and solar parks in an alternating shift (8Hr) operation.

1. Monitoring of operational parameters of wind and solar parks
2. Remote troubleshooting of wind turbines
3. Availability notifications
4. Incident logging and categorization
5. Monitoring of activities in and around the wind farm using video surveillance, AIS, ADSB, online access systems
6. Observing and evaluating weather data (wind, sea state, temperature, lightning warning)
7. Vessel and crew registration
8. Coordination within the wind farm/people tracking
9. Handling of Permit-to-Work-Software
10. Helicopter coordination and air traffic control
11. First point of contact for all questions regarding operations coordination

About you

1. Ideally, a degree in the field of nautical science with a valid STCW-certificate
2. Alternatively, you have a bachelor's degree with a maritime background and ideally a VHF radio operator's certificate SRC or LRC
3. You have experience with interdisciplinary and international teams
4. You are decisive, responsible, a team player and always willing to learn new things
5. You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
6. You have no problem with working at nights, weekends and on public holidays
