Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Projects Responsibility for the Region
   • Oversee customer projects from pre-sales to rollout, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project execution (planning, quality, costs)
   • Collaborate with the Regional VP and EMEA Head of Customer Projects to define regional solutions strategies
2. Team Management
   • Manage regional customer project managers
   • Prioritize projects and define short- and mid-term objectives
   • Improve tools and processes
   • Conduct project management training, onboarding, and skills development for new team members
3. Regional Activity Management and Reporting
   • Coordinate with Key Account Managers on service offers
   • Monitor regional professional services turnover, budget, invoicing, and margins
   • Report weekly on regional activities to the EMEA Head of Customer Projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, business, or IT
• Significant experience in team management, preferably in retail

Experience

• Familiarity with SaaS solutions and pre-sales processes
• Experience managing complex international clients and projects in the digital landscape
• Ability to communicate effectively with dealer principals, general managers, and C-level decision-makers

Skills and Abilities

• German at C1 level
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
