Ascendion is looking to hire a Customer Success/Account Specialist/Manager who has experience working with MongoDB Database.

Job Description:

  1. Experience and/or excellent understanding of Customer Success and/or Account/Relationship Management, with a track record of customer retention and growth.
  2. Experience and/or excellent understanding of billing and contractual matters in a B2B environment.
  3. Fluent written and verbal communication in German (B1/B2/C1/C2) and English are required.
  4. Excellent communication, listening, and analytical skills (mandatory).
  5. Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  6. Basic understanding of IoT products and solutions.
  7. A structured, proactive approach to handling open matters and tasks in a demanding environment.
  8. Methodical and conscientious documentation skills.
  9. Willingness to develop professionally while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
