• Working together with business experts, project stakeholders and solution delivery teams to specify, design, implement, test, document and deliver PSImetals solutions to our customers
• Become a reliable partner of our clients and build a relationship of trust
• Develop your expertise in order to be able to advise and design the customer's production processes and system landscape
• Execution of customer workshops, presentations and trainings on specific PSImetals modules

Mandatory

• Fluent in written and spoken English and proficient in German and good presentation skills
• Be able to work in Berlin or Graz office
• Technical-mathematical degree in the fields of engineering, computer science, mathematics or comparable
• Readiness to travel internationally and to work on site with our customers
• Customer-oriented mindset and empathy
• Curiosity to learn new areas and keep up with industry innovation

Beneficial

• Analytical skills, including a deep understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Experience with MES, ERP, L2 systems and Oracle database is definitely a plus
• Knowledge and experience of planning and scheduling (APS systems), transportation, warehouse, logistics or supply chain management systems in the metals industry is a plus, but any industrial experience is appreciated
