Your expertise is in demand:

  • Collaboration as an integral part of our 'Accounting & Reporting' team
  • Support in the further optimization and modernization of DATEV functionalities towards cloud technology
  • Telephone and digital support for DATEV users (m/f/d)
  • Recording, documentation and classification of messages in our ticket system, clarification with DATEV experts (m/f/d) if necessary
  • Support and advice for DATEV users (m/f/d)
  • Support for data transfers, imports and exports from and to clients or tax consultants (m/f/d)
  • Administration and maintenance of rights management
  • Conducting digital training courses and on-site training if necessary

You bring this experience and expertise to the table:

  • Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), alternatively a comparable qualification or professional experience in the IT sector
  • DATEV knowledge is an advantage, but can also be acquired with us in cooperation with our IT colleagues (m/f/d) - we actively support you in familiarization and training
  • Knowledge of the organizational processes (incident and problem management as well as request fulfillment) in the service desk according to ITIL is an advantage
  • Enjoy cross-departmental collaboration between tax and IT experts (m/f/d)
  • Reliable, structured and service-oriented way of working and ability to work in a team
  • Very good written and spoken German skills
  • Interest in a crisis-proof industry with long-term development opportunities
