Lead NLP Scientist

Position Summary

The NLP platform is the core virtual platform powering the vision of delivering the world`s best and fully autonomous intelligent agent to our users. The person needs to be passionate about NLP to help in building the platform from the ground up. Join us in the early stage and you will have an enormous opportunity to make a massive impact on the design, architecture, and implementation of the platform, to power thousands of companies and millions of customers across the globe.

As part of the startup, you will also have the additional opportunity of working directly with customers and the executive team.

Position: Lead NLP Scientist

Salary Range: $30k – $100k

Equity: 0.01% – 0.02%

Minimum Qualifications

• Expert in NLP, ideally with a PhD in NLP, with several years of experience in building and deploying NLP and AI products for enterprise customers.
• Hands-on development experience in C++, Python, and other programming languages.
• Proficient in building, training, evaluating, and deploying AI models.
• Strong background in mathematics and statistics is a plus.
• Passionate about building and growing a startup, self-motivated, capable of challenging oneself, and thriving under pressure.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Hands-on expertise in various technologies across the model lifecycle, including data pipelines, data extraction, model training, serving, labeling tools, ML-ops, and tooling.
• MS or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or related fields.
