Job Description:

Fruchthansa UK Ltd., based in the UNITED KINGDOM, is the newly founded subsidiary of the Fruchthansa Group, headquartered in Germany.

We are currently seeking a local Office & Supply Chain Manager to establish and develop our UK presence.

With over 50 years of experience, Fruchthansa is known for excellence in the global fresh produce supply chain. Founded in Germany, we are expanding into the UK to serve our British customers and suppliers more closely.

Responsibilities include:

• Working as a local employee for Fruchthansa UK Ltd.
• Being the first point of contact for UK stakeholders.
• Supporting the setup and development of Fruchthansa UK, collaborating with our German team.
• Building strong relationships with local partners and service providers.
• Managing and developing customer relationships (CRM).
• Ensuring smooth operational flow across the supply chain.
• Supporting quality and freshness of products through holistic supply chain management.
• Coordinating international logistics with our German teams.
• Advising customers on volume planning and operations.
• Representing Fruchthansa at trade shows and meetings.

Qualifications include:

• Residency in the UK.
• Background in business, logistics, or related fields.
• Experience in supply chain management or sales, preferably in trade or food industry.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and independent work style.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Enthusiasm for fresh produce.
