PPA Origination Manager (m/f/d) in Renewable Energies

Join Encavis, a leading renewable energy company focused on solar and wind projects across Europe. We are seeking a PPA Origination Manager (m/f/d) to negotiate and structure long-term power purchase agreements, collaborate with various internal teams, and develop relationships with industrial customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Structuring and negotiating PPAs for projects and portfolios
• Managing PPA tender processes and preparing offers
• Collaborating with Investment, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure PPA feasibility and strategic fit
• Reporting negotiation outcomes to internal committees
• Monitoring electricity market trends and building customer relationships

Requirements:

• Degree in business, engineering, economics, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years in energy trading, sales, or procurement, preferably in renewables
• Proven experience in negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of European electricity markets
• Excellent communication skills in English; German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus
