We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Working Student (m/f/d) or Intern (m/f/d) to join our HR team in Frankfurt am Main, where you will gain valuable hands-on experience!

Your Responsibilities and Tasks will be:

• You will support the HR team with all operational tasks
• You will prepare and support the processes of onboarding and offboarding of employees
• You will work on people administration tasks such as the preparation of references, contract documents, certificates, and more
• You will analyse and prepare HR reports and be responsible for the maintenance of digital and physical personnel files
• You will work together with the team on HR related projects

Your Qualifications should be:

• You are currently enrolled in a field of studies like the following or similar: business administration, international business, economics and social sciences
• You are available for at least 16–20 hours per week for a minimum of 4 months (increase to 40h per week possible)
• You live in Frankfurt am Main or close by
• It is beneficial if you have gained professional experience before but not mandatory
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• You are self-motivated and self-organized, and have a high level of discretion and confidentiality
• Outstanding social competency, strong communication skills (Excellent English and German skills)

Please be aware, that we expect students to support the team onsite. Hybrid work can be negotiated but 100% remote is unsuitable for this position.
