Responsibilities

• As a passionate host and motivating leader, transform your restaurant into a social hub daily.
• Co-responsible for operational processes, maintaining high-quality standards, efficient resource use, and implementing our service philosophy.

Profile

• Warmth, friendliness, and openness to give guests the BLOCK HOUSE feeling.
• Successfully completed training as a specialist in system gastronomy, restaurant, or hotel management.
• At least 3 years of experience in the gastronomic field and initial leadership experience.
• Friendly, open personality with strong service orientation.
• Willingness to learn, resilience, flexibility, and high commitment.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
