We are a small and friendly team. As a friendly Team Member, you are the face of Friendly Fish and promote our values by creating a friendly and approachable atmosphere. A place where people feel appreciated, understood in all that we do, and most of all, are able to enjoy our lovely Sushi.
Customer Service:
Act as a generous host. Provide excellent customer service to our guests, be knowledgeable on all of our products, upsell food and drinks to fit the cravings of our customers.
Customer Interaction: Provide the interaction and service according to our Service Standards with special attention to detail and care.
Front of House: Operate the POS System and all other order platforms, maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, perform all opening and closing duties.
