App Operations Manager

Tasks

1. Work closely with the CEO, taking responsibility for all company operations.
2. Continuously improve existing operations and processes.
3. Organize daily business activities to ensure a smooth workflow.
4. Support various projects, including new feature development and marketing.
5. Hire and liaise with freelancers.
6. Conduct regular quality assurance in app areas and brainstorm improvements.
7. Assist management with legal matters, such as data protection.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar business environment; app experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business or management-related field preferred.
• Fluency in English; German or Russian is a plus.
