Job Description:

1. What success looks like in this role:
2. Installation/removals/relocations and services (IMAC) for standard Wintel client infrastructure within the client’s campus location
3. Hardware repairs (break & fix), as well as handling of spare parts and swapping of replacement equipment
4. Basic Network setup, shares and connectivity for Desktops, Notebooks, mobile devices, IP telephony and Printers
5. Assistance, guidance and training of users regarding used hardware (including mobile devices), main and mobile applications, and Data Recovery/Security.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction by advising individuals on preventive maintenance and configurations which may positively impact product performance
7. Takes responsibility for potential or desired follow-up services or problem escalation
8. Administration of service tickets in own Ticket System
9. Adherence to the given service parameters including timely and accurate reporting
10. Meeting room support and provide technical documentation, create user guides

Qualifications for success in this role:

• Good knowledge of MS operating systems (Windows 7, 10, 11) and MS Office 365 applications, as well as Apple OS and COTS applications (commercial-off-the-shelf-products)
• Professional experience in Networks, Active Directory, security; VPN
• Hardware experience in Desktop, Notebook, Peripherals, Printers, and mobile devices; certifications beneficial
• Excellent soft skills such as proactiveness, resilience, friendliness, service orientation, problem solving, teamwork, and confidence
• Skills in Intune and SharePoint are advantageous
• Fluent in written and spoken English; driving license B is advantageous
