We are looking for you! We offer a full-time position (40h / week) as a Salesforce Developer (m / f / d) in one of our locations in Heidelberg, Berlin, Leipzig, or Munich. The offer includes the option of working several days per week in the mobile office.
Your Mission
- Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other technologies to build customized solutions. Provide technical leadership, set best practices, including integration, application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
- Collaborate with Salesforce stakeholders to gather and analyze information.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through testing and debugging.
- Support and maintain Salesforce applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
Your essential experience and education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Ability to translate IT requirements into actionable measures and articulate the approach.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience as a Salesforce developer, with a good understanding of the Salesforce Platform, architecture, and limitations.
- Proficient decision-making skills, distinguishing between programmatic and declarative approaches.
Beneficial Skills
- Platform Developer-1 Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP integrations.
- English speaker; German is a plus.
