Job Description:

Join the Cambridge team, a global community committed to values like integrity and perseverance. We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Administrator based in Moehringen, Germany.

Qualified candidates must possess a current DoD TS/SCI security clearance and meet TESA accreditation requirements. Benefits include potential relocation reimbursement, housing allowance, COLA, and school reimbursement for dependents.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collect incident information via customer interactions and support tools.
  2. Track incidents from identification to resolution, ensuring quality customer experience.
  3. Conduct assessments, triage, research, and resolve basic incidents related to software and infrastructure.
  4. Communicate progress promptly.
  5. Engage other support resources for incidents beyond scope.
  6. Document resolutions and update knowledge bases.
  7. Alert management to recurring issues.
  8. Provide weekly statistics on call trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree + 3 years experience, or Associate degree + 5 years, or relevant certifications + 7 years, or 11 years of experience.

Must have Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA Windows 10/Office 365), be compliant with DOD 8570 IAT 2 (e.g., Security+), and possess an active DoD TS/SCI clearance. Ability to travel up to 10%, and hold an active passport.

Additional Skills:

  • ITIL v3 Foundation
  • Automation skills (PowerShell, VBScript, batch files)
  • Understanding of DoD standards

Work Environment:

Office setting, sitting at a desk, working with computers. May require short-distance travel.
