Your mission

• Determining requirements and advising specialist departments and projects, including the needs-based design of individual solutions if necessary.
• Managing service providers and ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Supporting interfaces and carrying out fault analyses.
• Creation of specifications and guidelines.
• Continuous further development and improvement of SAP applications.
• Supporting the specialist departments in optimizing business processes across module boundaries.

Your superpowers

• Completed bachelor's degree in computer science or training with several years of professional experience.
• Practical experience in a comparable position in a company.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the SAP system and the application modules.
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
• Ability to communicate and work in a team as well as analytical thinking skills.
