About the Role

PERBILITY develops HELIX, an ultraflexible web-based database and process management system that models business processes for companies of all sizes and industries. Your challenges include presenting HELIX at its best to clients, conducting training sessions, and ensuring customers understand and love HELIX. You will work on-site and online to train clients on HELIX modules, tailoring solutions to meet their needs. As a Junior Consultant, you should be able to improvise without a fixed training plan and develop solutions collaboratively with clients. Your strong self-organization skills will help manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Your Profile

• No need to be a developer, but understanding HELIX’s functionality is essential.
• You are eager to learn and have a service-oriented mindset.
• You communicate clearly across webinars, workshops, and emails.
• You are willing to travel nationwide for on-site client sessions.
• Charismatic presentation skills and the ability to moderate expectations are important.
• Teamwork, flexibility, and strong communication are key.
• Fluent English is a plus.
