You just handed off your first Figma concept for a new SaaS client — a modular, scalable homepage designed to become one of their most important marketing assets. The feedback? Spot on. The founder loves it. Your eye for detail and clarity in the handoff process already sets the bar high.

Just two weeks ago, you joined your first project kickoff. Now, you’re deep into moodboards, design systems, color palettes, and interactive concepts — already shaping a full website experience with your own creative signature. You’ve presented with confidence, welcomed sharp feedback, and pushed ideas further. That’s how we work here.

Between async Looms, collaborative design reviews, and focused check-ins, one thing becomes clear fast: this isn’t just another senior role. It’s your launchpad into leadership — and a chance to shape the design standard at one of Europe’s most ambitious Webflow agencies.

Your daily Business

• Design breathtaking websites for leading B2B SaaS & tech startups
• Lead client-facing design sessions — with clarity, confidence, and empathy
• You implement CRO & UX best practices to turn websites into lead generation tools
• Working closely with our Webflow development team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Prepare work packages and concise creative briefings for our designers and freelancers
• Coordinate our daily design work, plan workflow and manage deadlines
• Continuously optimize our processes and workflow
• Regularly benchmark new design trends, methods, tools, technics to stay top-of-the-game and aware of the web-design industry as a whole
• Prepare to take on more ownership — from internal reviews to future team leadership
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design (ideally for SaaS, agencies, or tech brands)
• A strong portfolio showing sharp UX, clean UI, and product graphics that simplify complex SaaS products
• You communicate clearly, present confidently, and love getting constructive feedback
• Excellent Figma skills and experience building scalable design systems
• An eagle-eyed attention-to-detail down to the last pixel
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Most importantly: You’re ambitious and ready to grow fast

• Final Meetup – In-person at our Cologne HQ (travel covered by us) — this is where we make sure the vibe and vision align fully on both sides
