Technical Implementation Consultant (m / f / d)

As a Technical Implementation Consultant (m / f / d) at iPoint you will have technical responsibility of SaaS implementation projects and play a pivotal role in consulting our customers in technical solutions.

Your mission

Solution Implementation and Configuration

• Support project team that the implemented solution aligns with customer needs and project objectives from technical perspective
• Analyzing customer requirements and developing technical solutions to meet these requirements especially for interfaces or security topics.
• Provide technical support and guidance during the implementation phase.

Customer Collaboration and Support

• Collaborate with customer IT and business experts to ensure smooth and effective product implementation
• Capture document and validate user stories for both standard and nonstandard technical requirements
• Support to define Testcases to get this automated by QA team
• Creating technical documentation and providing enablement to customer IT and administrators.
• Assisting with data migration and integration from existing systems into the iPoint software solution.
• Maintaining relationships with customers and providing postimplementation support

Internal Collaboration and Knowledge Transfer

• Work closely with CloudOps Product Owners Developers Support and Project teams to resolve any complex support cases or issues during the implementation phase
• Support smooth handover to the Support and Customer Success teams with clear documentation and knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with Application Support and IT teams to meet customer needs and project deadlines
• Updating professional knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing professional publications and participating in professional networks.
• Contribute to a smooth transition to the Support and Customer Success teams providing clear documentation and knowledge transfer as needed.

Project Management and Delivery

• Assist in managing project timelines ensuring that the implementation is completed within scope quality and budget requirements
• Communicate project progress and any potential issues to the Project Manager
• Contribute to a successful delivery of customer projects by adhering to project requirements.

Your profile

Must haves :

• University degree in IT or any other relevant area
• Strong experience as a Technical Consultant implementing software solutions ideally in SaaS environment
• Experience in Cloud environments like Oracle and Azure and how to build / configure environments
• Handson experience working on data integration using APIs and ETL tools
• Proficient use of English
• Experience in the Automotive Chemical or Electronic industries especially in manufacturing or Materials management / compliance area
• Hands on experiences in iPoint compliance solution (iPCA and SCIP)
• Proficient use of German
