Our role is to provide our Pools and Premiumpartner with support, expertise and guidance on a range of queries using the interactions to build strong relationships to develop trust in our business. We provide an important role in growing and evolving the business through active promotion of our products and services within these interactions. The way we operate is also key to creating a high level of engagement and job satisfaction for our employees helping to retain great talent within the organisation.

As Assistant Manager Partner & Advisor Relations, you are one of the main contacts for the ongoing support of our Pools and Premiumpartner and developing good business relationships in close cooperation with the whole sales team. You are responsible for supporting our Premiumpartner and Pools in all daily business requests and making it as easy as possible to do business with us. This includes trainings and meetings by telephone, video as well as in person. You are accountable for always keeping the interests of our partner in mind, representing them within the company and designing processes in a user-friendly and effective manner. Your role also includes support at trade fairs, such as the Fondskongress, and specialist support for projects.
