Head (m/w/d) of Marketing Communications EMEA

Your Contribution

As the Head of (m/w/d) Marketing Communications EMEA you are responsible for the marketing communication strategy and implementation in the EMEA region, based on the global specifications and goals. As part of this, you will drive brand awareness, market positioning and communication initiatives through multiple channels and stakeholder groups.

1. Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of marketing communication professionals
2. Lead the development and implementation of integrated communication campaigns through traditional and digital channels
3. Monitoring brand management and ensuring a consistent brand presence across all touchpoints
4. Lead market research initiatives to support communication strategies and track campaign effectiveness
5. Development of compelling content for product launches, technical communication and marketing materials
6. Monitoring the production of technical documentation, catalogues and promotional materials
7. Managing the production of digital content, including website updates, social media and email marketing campaigns
8. Management of the company’s presence at important trade fairs and events in the Automotive Aftermarket market, including the European Commission. Supervision of stand design, messaging and promotional activities
9. Management of event budgets and supplier relationships

Your Experience & Qualifications

1. Successfully completed studies in the field of Marketing, Communication or a related area
2. Many years of professional experience in marketing communication, as well as a proven track record in the development and implementation of successful marketing campaigns
3. Strong understanding of the Automotive Aftermarket and its special challenges as well as experience in digital transformation projects
4. Initial professional or disciplinary management experience and experience in budget administration
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, other languages are an advantage
6. MS-Office and SAP knowledge, Microsoft Dynamics knowledge
