Job Title: Commercial Order Processing Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction? We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Order Processing Specialist to join our team in Nordenham. This position is initially temporary, with strong potential for permanence for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Resolve technical and commercial questions, collaborating with technical service and other departments.
• Manage orders in SAP and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
• Prepare export documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training; technical background or relevant experience preferred.
• Proven experience in international order processing and SAP.
• Structured work approach with strategic thinking.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team-oriented, reliable, proficient in MS Office and SAP.
• Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
