We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Consultant (f/m/d) to join our global People & Organization (P&O) team. In this strategic role, you will drive initiatives that enhance leadership development and team effectiveness — key pillars of our new P&O Strategy 2030. Your work will directly support Siemens’ transformation, helping our teams and leaders navigate a constantly evolving world with confidence and purpose.

You’ll make an impact by
- Designing, implementing, and managing high-impact projects focused on team effectiveness and development
- Creating a scalable support structure for team effectiveness at the enterprise level
- Developing and deploying strategies to improve team performance, collaboration, and resilience
- Building a pool of facilitators for team workshops, development sessions, and leadership interventions
- Coaching leaders and teams through change, transformation, and growth
- Providing expert guidance on team dynamics, leadership behavior, and effectiveness
- Developing diagnostic tools to assess team performance and generate actionable insights
- Analyzing data to measure intervention impacts and improve approaches
- Partnering with global stakeholders, content owners, and cross-functional teams
- Collaborating with internal and external experts, including business schools and consultancies
- Staying updated on emerging trends in team development and applying them
Your success is grounded in
- Education
- Masters degree or equivalent in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; MBA is a plus
- Experience & Skills
- Extensive experience in consulting, project management, especially in leadership development and team effectiveness
- Strong background in team development, organizational psychology, or related areas
- Proven leadership in complex, cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in team dynamics, organizational behavior, and change facilitation
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively across cultures, geographies, and business units
- Proactive, adaptable mindset and passion for team development
Languages
- Proficiency in English is required
