The Global Rewards & Performance team at CHC is a group of motivated, energetic, and collaborative seasoned compensation and benefits professionals, organized in regional and subject matter expertise sub-teams, with the common objective to improve the business’s ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent by developing and operating compensation and benefits policies and practices.

This position plays a key role within the Europe Region by analyzing the company’s compensation & benefits policies and practices versus external markets, providing recommendations for aligning internal policies with current business goals, and ensuring comprehensive understanding and adoption of these policies by business leaders, People & Culture colleagues, and employees. It is responsible for managing the Reward function for the CHC business in Germany & WEU (Austria, UK, Belgium & Switzerland) across Commercial, Scientific, Manufacturing & Supply, and Support Functions.

Main responsibilities :

As part of the European R&P leadership team, you will contribute to the success of the following areas :

  1. Develop and execute the CHC Compensation strategy within the framework of the global strategy for Germany & WEU, and ensure understanding of CHC policies & practices across these regions.
  2. Collaborate with business leaders and HRBPs to anticipate needs and address complex topics that are escalated.
  3. Serve as a key stakeholder and subject matter expert on reward topics for the zone. Support HRBPs on daily topics such as job evaluation, bonus calculations, benefits, and compensation letters.
  4. Lead C&B regional network initiatives and processes to ensure fair employee rewards.
  5. Ensure compliance with applicable policies and monitor the competitive marketplace through benchmarking.
  6. Partner with HRBP and Finance teams to provide data for financial forecasting and cost planning.
  7. Coordinate with the Europe commercial excellence team to ensure consistency in sales incentives practices across Germany & WEU, aligning with overall CHC Rewards strategy.
  8. Manage Rewards projects at country and zone levels.
  9. Oversee communication and educational programs related to benefits.
  10. Maintain effective market pricing structures for all jobs across the zone.
  11. Build analyses related to rewards, including bonus agreements, gender pay gaps, and compensation review outcomes.
  12. Participate in external market surveys and develop policy recommendations based on findings.
  13. Organize benefit policy implementation and serve as the point of contact for benefit queries.
  14. Lead annual performance and compensation planning processes in collaboration with Global Business Services.

Experience : Minimum 5 years in Reward and Performance roles, preferably within Healthcare or Consumer Goods industries, with experience in multinational and multicultural environments.

Soft and technical skills include strategic and operational capacity, cross-border teamwork, strong communication, analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel and Workday.

Education : University Degree or equivalent. We value diverse backgrounds, believing that mindset, critical thinking, and varied experience are key to success.

Languages : Fluency in English & German is required.
