Order Management Specialist - Dreieich, Germany

The Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing customer orders efficiently while adhering to company policies, tracking orders through delivery, and resolving any issues.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing orders from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Proactively addressing delivery challenges and resolving issues.
3. Contributing to process improvements for more efficient delivery.
4. Participating in daily team meetings to share updates and improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Who you are:

• Fluent in German with good English skills.
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle and CRM systems like Salesforce.com is advantageous.
• First years of experience in order management demonstrate your capability to succeed in this role.
