About the Role

As a Junior Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist, you'll collaborate closely with clients, assisting them in launching and optimizing their online advertising campaigns. This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about driving business growth through digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the process of creating impactful PPC campaigns.

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement tailored digital advertising strategies that align with client objectives.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze campaign data to drive spend, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure long-term campaign sustainability.

Client Engagement: Manage a high volume of client interactions daily, delivering top-quality support and fostering strong relationships.

What We're Looking For

Educational Background: A BA/BS degree or equivalent; an MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.

Experience: At least 1-2 years in sales and/or online advertising.

Skills:

Strong desire to meet and exceed productivity, customer satisfaction, and target goals.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Effective time management and self-organization skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for optimization.

Client-focused with a passion for customer interaction and business success.

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Native-level German.

High proficiency in English.
