Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant (f/m/d) to support our Universal Pictures International Germany team based in Frankfurt. In this full-time, fixed-term role (approx. two years), you will work closely with our Trade Marketing Manager, while also collaborating with the Marketing Director and broader marketing team on a variety of exciting tasks.
Trade Marketing Specific Tasks
- Supporting in marketing placements with major cinema chains and independent exhibitors
- Responsible for Trade Creatives including briefings, orders, decks and more
- Marketing budget control
- Wide-spread support at Premieres (on the ground runner, responsible for a broad variety of event-specific activities like guest management)
- Communication with Head Office in LA and London
- Trade Shows support of Trade Marketing Manager (venue, security, tech ops, special builds, catering, etc.)
General Marketing Support
- Independent responsible for small releases (Budgeting, Strategy, creative, reporting)
- Research and Analysis
- Support of Internship program in alignment with Marketing colleagues and Human Resources
- Administrative support of Marketing Director (scheduling meetings, travel expenses, etc.)
- Support of the wider Marketing team, project-by-project
Qualifications
- You bring first professional experience or internships in a marketing or communications role, ideally in an international enterprise environment
- You are a true team player with a confident demeanor, an independent and reliable work style, and the ability to stay organized even in stressful situations.
- You are able to communicate openly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have strong communication skills in both English and German, spoken and written, and feel confident using both languages in a professional setting.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
- Last but definitely not least: You have a deep love and passion for film and cinema!
