We are currently recruiting a Supplier Quality Manager to drive high performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering with the Head of Quality & Compliance, you will develop and maintain supplier qualification and improvement processes, mainly in China. This role involves close collaboration with the product development team and suppliers to improve product quality standards and the overall company quality culture. Travel to China 1-2 times per year is required.

What you will do

  1. Championing Supplier Quality: Manage all aspects of supplier quality, setting high standards for excellence.
  2. Process Innovation: Develop and uphold robust supplier quality processes to exceed standards.
  3. Team Leadership: Mentor the supplier quality management coordinator and foster continuous improvement.
  4. Onboarding Excellence: Lead onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring seamless integration aligned with our values and quality benchmarks.
  5. Audit Mastery: Oversee supplier audits, ensuring compliance and quality are maintained.

What you should bring

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Excel and Word; Power BI skills are a plus.
  • Quality Expertise: Experience in product quality and quality management systems.
  • Database Mastery: Skilled in using various databases.
  • Communication Maestro: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Analytical Wizardry: Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and strategic planning.
