Senior Full Stack Engineer

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our US Area at Tink. Our mission is to deliver world-class product experiences to our customers. We provide powerful solutions to developers and consumers, focusing on solving the right problems, crafting scalable solutions, and creating great user experiences. We aim to make the Tink platform easy to use, quick to onboard, and reliable for end-users.

What you will do:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will build and maintain frontend and backend web services. You will collaborate with your team to ensure the US payments and account check products are reliable, scalable, and resilient. Key responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with product and delivery teams and mentoring junior engineers.
2. Regularly deploying work to production with automated testing and monitoring.
3. Ensuring service availability, establishing SLOs/SLIs, and participating in on-call rotations.

What we look for:

We seek a Senior Full Stack Engineer experienced in collaborating with product teams, designers, and stakeholders. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with self-motivation and proactivity in identifying improvement opportunities.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Multiple years of hands-on experience with the full release cycle of web applications.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and Typescript.
• Experience developing backend services and REST APIs using Java, Node.js, or similar.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Linux server administration.
• Ability to design APIs that are easy to implement and high-value for customers.
• Deep understanding of developing well-defined abstractions and APIs with domain objects.
• (Plus) Experience with iOS, Android, or React Native development.

This is a hybrid position; in-office days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Basic Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or advanced degrees such as Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience aligning with the above role and responsibilities.
