Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting management in daily operations (organization, communication, task tracking)
  • Office management at our Mannheim location: mail handling, filing, meeting preparation
  • Planning and coordinating business trips, events, and meetings
  • Organizing small team events or workation details
  • Assisting in creating presentations and reports

Your Profile

  • Enrolled student (preferably in Business Administration, Communication, Event Management, or related fields)
  • Residing in Mannheim or nearby, able to commute 3 times a week to the office (Mannheim-Waldhof)
  • Some practical experience in administrative tasks or office management
  • Excellent German skills (C1 level) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • Reliable, communicative, and well-structured in your work
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Calendar, Mail, Drive, Docs)
