Job Description

Are you an experienced HR professional passionate about managing the entire employee life-cycle, driving recruitment, and advising on HR and labor law matters? What does the ROLE imply?

  • Responsible for the entire personnel administration, including contract creation, reference letters, change agreements, etc.
  • Maintaining and managing employee records in SuccessFactors and other internal HR systems
  • Administer end-to-end Time & Attendance processes
  • Gather data, input, and communicate with the Payroll provider
  • Communicate with relevant external local institutions
  • Manage recruitment across the EU Region: creating job ads, reviewing applications, conducting kick-off meetings and interviews, and preparing job offers
  • Advise and support employees and local managers on labor law and HR-related issues (e.g., contracts, salaries, vacations, benefits, conflict mediation)
  • Manage On- & Off-boarding processes—arranging work equipment, liaising with IT, conducting regular meetings, exit interviews, and stay interviews
  • Promote staff engagement by coordinating staff events to boost motivation and morale
  • Work on special projects assigned by the Regional Senior HR Manager Europe, such as HR process optimization, culture change initiatives, HR analytics
  • Assist in implementing employee development and training programs
