Our Industry GotoMarket organization is responsible for increasing market share within the manufacturing verticals across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Reporting to the EMEA Head of Industries, you will develop go-to-market strategy, revenue, and team to enable the Manufacturing vertical to continue its rapid growth across the region.

In this EMEA leadership overlay role, you will leverage and orchestrate multiple teams (sales, channel, field, CTO office) and represent CyberArk EMEA leadership towards manufacturing customers, partners, and industry bodies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a strong vision and strategic goals for CyberArk EMEA Manufacturing business, positioning CyberArk as the human & machine identity security leader in the region.
  2. Plan, implement, and execute a sales strategy leveraging market knowledge and experience to convey product value proposition and positioning.
  3. Coach a team of Account Executives through complex sales, adopting a consultative approach to selling. These sellers will maintain a direct reporting line to local sales leaders.
  4. Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key prospective customers and organizational leaders.
  5. Define and develop, with Sales enablement, specific go-to-market programs for the Manufacturing vertical.
  6. Define and drive specific technological alliances with EMEA to further enrich vertical value propositions.
  7. Provide business development and thought leadership through opportunity identification to grow new businesses, driving new capabilities and incremental success.
  8. Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Channel, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Product to drive operational and product improvements.
  9. Collaborate globally with other theatre leaders to define CyberArk Manufacturing's best practices.
  10. Maintain constant awareness of markets and competitive activity, making appropriate strategic and tactical sales recommendations to stay ahead.

Qualifications:

  1. Extensive experience in the manufacturing sector across EMEA; previous Manufacturing CISO experience is a clear plus.
  2. Understanding of key issues affecting the manufacturing industry, including modernization, IT/OT, compliance, security, and cloud.
  3. Excellent business and customer acumen.
  4. Experience creating strategies and initiatives working with multiple stakeholders across a matrix organization.
  5. Experience working with C-level executives.
  6. Ability to travel.
