As part of our global Purchasing team, this role as (Senior) Buyer Tactical Procurement (m/f/d) involves managing indirect procurement strategies, especially in Professional Services. Responsibilities include running tenders, negotiating contracts, supporting international teams, and implementing eProcurement solutions. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Support the implementation of the global purchasing strategy for indirect materials.
• Monitor markets to identify strategies and partners, focusing on Professional Services projects.
• Conduct RFx tenders, auctions, and contract negotiations; support e-Sourcing and eProcurement rollouts.
• Negotiate annually with existing partners and assist international subsidiaries in procurement activities to improve cost structures.
• Develop and execute product group strategies with global responsibility, ensuring regional alignment.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience: Proven experience in indirect procurement as a tactical/strategic buyer or 3+ years in a similar role managing end-to-end procurement processes.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of product groups, supplier management, sourcing strategies, and advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentation.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, resilience under pressure, team collaboration, assertiveness, and adaptability to dynamic environments.
• Language skills: Fluent in English; conversational German is a plus.
