Your opportunity

The Sales Associate is a key role in the team responsible for driving store sales by providing the signature Balenciaga experience to all clients. They support colleagues and management in representing the Balenciaga brand and values.

How you will contribute

1. Build and maintain a strong, updated client portfolio to drive sales results.
2. Ensure client satisfaction by upholding Balenciaga’s service standards and values.
3. Engage clients by building authentic, long-term relationships from welcoming to after-sales support.
4. Maintain professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork.
5. Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and meet client requests.
6. Provide feedback on client activity and market trends.
7. Keep all areas organized and visually appealing according to merchandising guidelines.

Who you are

1. Experience in a similar role or with transferable skills.
2. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
3. Strong understanding of products, market, and fashion trends.
4. Team player with the ability to work independently.
5. Strong administrative and digital skills.
6. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
