Account Executive

As a Tech Lead Software Engineering, you will help your team develop technically flawless solutions for complex problems. We are migrating from an old monolithic application to modern architecture and solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of frontend and backend Software Engineers, designing architecture, and improving supported applications and services. We strongly believe in the 'build it, you run it' philosophy and a collaborative culture where you and your team are at the forefront, driving change together.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate within an international, cross-functional team of software and QA engineers to create and enhance solutions focused on our customers' needs.
• Design, validate, and advocate architecture designs for your team's verticals.
• Lead technical discussions and decisions within your team.
• Contribute to continuous delivery, optimize development processes, and improve software solutions.
• Design and implement high-performance, state-of-the-art code for our software.
• Participate in solution ideation, discovery, reviews, and related code as a member of the Product Team.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel or Symfony preferred).
• Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring Software Engineers.
• Knowledge of ReactJs, TypeScript, GraphQL is a plus.
• Curiosity about new technologies, with a hands-on approach to validation via POC software and RFC documents.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and learning aptitude.
• Previous roles as Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Engineering Manager are preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and structured requirements.
• Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback respectfully.
• Proactive, quick learner in an agile environment.
• Empathetic leadership with a focus on motivating and empowering the team.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
