Job Description:

• Define, communicate, and execute an aligned product vision, strategy, and marketing.
• Manage product cost, revenue, quality, profitability, and roadmap.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors' capabilities; execute actions for improvement.
• Collaborate with operational tracking teams globally to ensure continuous product development and production.
• Continuously improve tracking processes and systems based on stringent KPIs.
• Drive digitization, automation, and innovation.
• Work closely with IT, project management, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, gather user feedback, and make data-driven decisions.
• Communicate vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders.
• Shape an efficient, high-performing tracking organization with relevant stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, Master's degree with 3 years, or extensive relevant experience.
• Expertise in freight forwarding and product management.
• Strong conceptual, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to influence and work in a matrix setup.
• Proven ability in data-driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and German.
• Business travel required.
