Your area of work

During this challenging 12-month programme starting in January 2026, you will go through rotations in different areas, such as Risk, Equities, Clearing Design, Operations, and Key Account Management across regional offices in Frankfurt and London. You will gain valuable insights into the company’s core businesses, processes, technologies, and leadership.

Your responsibilities

  • The focus within the FIC Sales area and the planned rotations will be tailored to your interests and prior experiences.
  • You will work in different teams within various divisions and learn from highly motivated colleagues.
  • You will be supported by a top manager, a product specialist, and a peer of your choice, who will act as your career coaches throughout the programme.
  • You will benefit from extensive technical and soft skills training.
  • You will build a network within the company through networking activities with fellow trainees and young talents.

Your profile

  • You have completed your degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, or economics with distinction.
  • You possess theoretical and practical knowledge of capital markets and an understanding of business and operational processes.
  • You have gained practical experience through internships, e.g., in capital markets or sales trading.
  • You have strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • You are proactive and eager to contribute to company goals.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English, and multilingual capabilities are a plus.
