The position is ideally to be filled as soon as possible for at least 5 months.

YOUR TASKS

• You will contribute to the PAYBACK digitization strategy by conducting market observations, preparing competitive analyses and identifying digital trends and innovation potentials
• You support marketing topics and exciting strategic projects in the FMCG & retail media sector
• You support the team in day-to-day operations, for example by creating offers, presentations and reports
• You will acquire new customers independently and support them with customer care
• You will gain insights into the areas of project management, analytics, sales and product development

YOUR PROFILE

• You are studying economics or a comparable course of study
• You have already gained some practical experience in the form of internships or working student jobs
• You ideally have knowledge in the field of online marketing and digital media
• You are familiar with all common MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• You work in a structured and independent manner and are committed to your work
• Your communication skills include very good German and good English skills

DEINE AUFGABE

• Du wirkst an der PAYBACK Digitalisierungsstrategie mit, indem du Marktbeobachtungen durchführst, Wettbewerbsanalysen erstellst und digitale Trends sowie Innovationspotenziale identifizierst
• Du unterstützt bei Marketing-Themen sowie bei spannenden strategischen Projekten im Bereich FMCG & Retail Media
• Du unterstützt das Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft, indem du bspw. Angebote, Präsentationen und Reportings erstellst
• Du akquirierst eigenständig Neukunden und unterstützt bei der Betreuung
• Du erhältst Einblicke in die Bereiche Projektmanagement, Analytics, Sales und Produktentwicklung

DEIN PROFIL

• Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in Form von Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten gesammelt
• Du bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Online Marketing und digitale Medien mit
• Du bist mit allen gängigen MS Office-Programmen, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel, vertraut
• Du arbeitest strukturiert sowie selbstständig und bist engagiert
• Deine kommunikativen Fähigkeiten zeigen sich unter anderem in sehr guten Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnissen
