We are working with a leading Telecommunications company who are looking to recruit a German-speaking Field Service Specialist to join their team.

Location: Work remotely from Hanover, Stuttgart, Dusseldorf, Nuremberg, Mannheim or Frankfurt in Germany

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base Salary + Commissions.

Validate sites in collaboration with other internal departments.
Plan and coordinate site visits with landlords and municipalities.
Train new hires on Field Services procedures.
Plan and coordinate site inspections with landlords, municipalities, and partner construction companies.
Devise the most efficient routes to save time and costs.
Conduct site visits, including on-site photography, access inspections, and evaluations for truck/crane access, along with the necessary documentation.
Engage with landlords and municipalities to address questions related to the site acquisition process.
Facilitate B2B meetings with all relevant parties on-site.

Professional proficiency in German, both spoken and written, and fluency in English are required.
Prior experience in B2B sales is advantageous.
Be an excellent communicator with advanced negotiation skills and comfortable using various communication channels, especially over the phone.
Computer literacy and a solid understanding of the Microsoft Office suite are essential.
A minimum of a high school diploma is required, and a college degree is preferable.
Be able to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision and in a timely manner, work independently while being a collaborative team member, and possess a valid driver's license with the ability and willingness to travel.
