Your Tasks

Our projects focus on:

  • Digitalization: Making data and research more accessible
  • Deep Learning: Extracting information to understand diseases and improve patient care
  • 3D Printing: Developing new technologies like endoscopic tools

Your role involves enhancing our IT infrastructure to support upcoming projects, including:

  • Extending our endoscopy database framework (Python, Django, PostgreSQL)
  • Developing frontend web services (Django, Streamlit, Prodigy)
  • Network administration (OpenVPN, basic network tasks)
  • Developing AI applications (PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning, sklearn, SpaCy)
  • Integrating clinical routine documentation with research infrastructure (SAP, PostgreSQL, Nextcloud, NixOS)
  • Planning, executing, and evaluating clinical studies with a digital focus
  • Analyzing and publishing multicenter study data using machine learning

Your Profile

  • Degree in computer science or engineering
  • Interest in medical research
  • Experience in data analysis applications, machine learning, MLOps/DevOps
  • Knowledge of database administration, especially SAP systems (preferred)
  • Proficiency in English (C1)
  • Motivated, proactive, team-oriented
