Your Responsibilities

  1. Assure manufacturing, quality and reliability of technically challenging PCAs throughout the outsourced supply chain.
  2. Develop, maintain and share expertise of PCA-design, PCA-production and automated test of PCAs within Advantest.
  3. Perform cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, R&D, Product Engineering, Finance, Strategic Procurement, etc.
  4. Manage and drive PCA-Supplier selection, auditing, qualification and development.
  5. Drive resolution of technical issues on PCA-level.

Your Qualifications

  1. Bachelor/Master or University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics or equivalent.
  2. Profound knowledge of design, manufacturing and test of PCA with at least three years of relevant working experience.
  3. Very good analytical skills in solving technical issues, also remotely and with partners.
  4. Experience with supplier audits in EMS, ideally certified as auditor, e.g. acc. ISO 19011.
  5. Great team-player and ability to work across different cultures.
  6. Fluent English and German skills.
  7. Strong self-management, coordination and communication skills.
