HR Support / Customer Service (m/f/d).

What awaits you

  • Advising and supporting managers and employees in HR matters
  • Managing HR processes and ensuring efficient workflows
  • Processing inquiries via the HR hotline & ServiceNow
  • Coordination of onboarding & offboarding
  • Supporting global HR processes (performance management, talent development, employee retention, remuneration)
  • Administration of time recording, benefits registrations and personnel files
  • Collaboration with HR business partners and other HR teams
  • Preparation of reports and collaboration on HR projects

What you should bring

  • Completed studies in human resources, psychology, business administration or comparable (not mandatory)
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or HR business partnering
  • Knowledge of labor law and employment guidelines
  • Excellent communication in English & Dutch, other languages an advantage
  • Discretion and experience in handling sensitive data
  • Service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Independent working style and prioritization skills
  • Experience with HRIS software, especially Workday & ServiceNow
