Job Description:

Description: We are creating a new group for document management within the Corporate Centre of Excellence in Berlin, aligned with our strategy to centralize processing activities across EMEA. The team will handle controls and archiving of contracts related to cash management services for corporate clients, including processing, controls, approvals, and archiving of contracts for current accounts, electronic channels, and other services.

The Corporate Bank EMEA Centre of Excellence in Berlin supports over 25,000 clients across more than 10 countries in Trade Finance, Security Services, and Cash Management products.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Processing of new document inflow
  • Performing completeness checks and validating document content
  • Coordinating ratification processes for contractual agreements
  • Collaborating with global teams to resolve contract issues
  • Client activation of products and services in Deutsche Bank’s IT systems
  • Preparing and executing document archiving (physical and digital)
  • Creating contract copies and maintaining the archive

Your skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of document management and archiving flows
  • Good understanding of the financial services industry, ideally in Corporate Banking
  • Experience with Cash Management
  • Disciplined, solution-oriented, and independent working style, with ability to work in diverse virtual teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); German skills are beneficial
  • Client-focused, reliable, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively
