Position Details

• Location: Hybrid, Northern Germany, Field Sales
• Type: Full-time, Fixed-term
• Experience: Minimum 1 year

Responsibilities

1. Act as the primary contact for sales of our safety shoes and PPE in postal code areas 26, 27, 28, and 49 (e.g., Oldenburg, Bremerhaven, Bremen, Delmenhorst, Cuxhaven).
2. Support our trade partners and key accounts with expert advice, managing and expanding long-term customer relationships.
3. Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, product presentations, and solutions.
4. Develop strategies to acquire new customers, achieve sales targets, and increase existing revenues.

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial training or business studies.
• Initial sales experience and a desire to grow professionally.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in engaging with people.
• Flexible, organized, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
