Position: Client Service & Relationship Manager (m/w/d) - Full-time, Permanent • Pullach (Headquarters)

The Dr. Jens Ehrhardt Group is a leading independent bank in asset management, fund management, and distribution in the German-speaking region. Since its founding in 1974, we have built a reputation as a reliable partner for private and institutional clients. Currently, around 200 employees work at our locations in Germany, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.

Ihre Aufgaben

1. Be the direct contact point for our prospects, answering questions and inspiring them about our services, via phone or video call.
2. Support prospects from the initial contact through successful onboarding, turning them into satisfied clients.
3. Handle customer inquiries using our CRM system and assist the Solidvest Service Team.
4. Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues on strategies for new customer acquisition.
