About the Opportunity

This isn’t your typical sales leadership role. This is a chance to launch and lead an entire region for one of the fastest-growing global e-commerce brands in the professional tools and equipment space.

Our client is expanding fast — with over 200 markets already served — and now they’re investing in local market leadership across Europe. They’re looking for a Sales Director with the entrepreneurial drive to build a high-performing sales network, define market strategy, and own local success from day one.

You’ll have global support. But the vision, direction, and execution in your region? That’s all you.

What You’ll Own

-> Market Launch & Leadership – Develop and execute the go-to-market plan in your assigned country/region (Germany, France, or CEE).

-> Dealer & Distributor Networks – Identify, onboard, and manage key channel partners and accounts.

-> Sales Strategy & Execution – Set and deliver regional sales targets, policies, and budgets that scale.

-> Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong partnerships across retail, trade, and channel communities.

-> Market Intelligence – Track trends, gather competitor insights, and provide feedback to shape product direction.

-> Team Building – Recruit, train, and lead a local sales team from the ground up.

-> Global Alignment – Work with HQ on logistics, marketing, and product to localise strategies and scale sustainably.

• Sales Veteran – 8+ years of offline sales experience in tools, electronics, or appliances — with proven success in scaling B2B/retail channels.

• Team Leader – Managed teams of 10+ and knows how to lead through growth, challenge, and change.

• Multilingual & Global – Fluent in English and Chinese (both required). French, German, or other European languages a big plus.

• Locally Embedded – Deep understanding of the local business culture, with a strong professional network in your country/region.

• Builder’s Mindset – You don’t wait to be told. You launch, test, iterate, and grow.

• Eligible to Work – Legally based in Germany, France, or a CEE country.
