Responsibilities

1. Lead development initiatives in the finance and insurance sector.
2. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Participate in pre-sales activities, including workshops and pitches.
4. Contribute actively to project success during the delivery phase.
5. Translate customer requirements into innovative mobile solutions.
6. Collaborate closely with clients to optimize mobile solutions.

Hard Skills

1. Minimum three years of consulting and software development experience.
2. Proficiency in presenting and selling mobile solutions.
3. Strong knowledge of digital finance and insurance trends.
4. Experience with insurance or finance mobile app development.
5. Familiarity with .NET MAUI, Flutter, React Native, Android, or iOS development.

Soft Skills

2. Strong communication and presentation skills.
3. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
