Our clients expect BCG Platinion to provide sound advice on all relevant IT issues. In particular, the migration to the SAP S/4HANA solution against the background of the planned maintenance stop in 2025 presents our customers with special challenges. The number of questions regarding "why" and "how" is increasing and is as well influenced by external factors.

In order to serve our customers even better, we would like to strengthen our SAP team. You would work together with colleagues from Platinion GmbH and/or the Boston Consulting Group on local and international customer projects. Together with our customers, you actively develop superior ERP/SAP S/4 strategies, concepts, and solutions and apply your sound technical and process-related understanding. Last but not least, you enjoy your work and embody the "BCG Platinion Spirit" with your hands-on manner.

Shape the world of tomorrow

1. Operational management of large-scale SAP projects, leading the BCG Platinion team
2. Interacting with the client's leadership team (board, senior management) together with the BCG Platinion leadership team
3. Development of SAP implementation and rollout strategies and plans in complex application landscapes and client environments
4. Preparation and presentation of offers for major SAP projects
5. Taking over internal tasks as part of the BCG Platinion Leadership Team (e.g., leadership of colleagues, driving content topics, ...)
6. Participation in leadership meetings and practice group meetings of BCG

This is how you can make a difference

1. An above-average degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a related field
2. At least 6 years of relevant experience in the context of strategic ERP/SAP projects
3. Strong methodological background, knowledge of relevant procedures in the context of SAP rollouts such as SAP ASAP, Agile@SAP, SAP Activate
4. Knowledge of the corresponding supporting procedures and tools (template management, solution manager, release management/transportation, process modeling ...), incl. modern CD/CI environments (Jenkins)
5. Overview of SAP S/4HANA and other solutions that are relevant in the context of large transformation projects (e.g., in manufacturing, PLM, MES, etc.)
6. Overview on modern, data-driven overall architectures, in particular the overall integration of different individual modules to end-to-end processes (Purchase-2-Pay, Order-2-Cash, Lead-2-Quote, Record-2-Report, Hire-2-Retire etc.)
7. Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills
8. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
9. Strong client and result orientation
10. Team spirit, communication and presentation skills as well as intellectual agility
11. Ability to align individuals and organizations to a common goal
